Solid New Zealand wool front to back: no plastic core, no filling, no glue, no bell. It was wet felted into a base and then needle felted into its final shape by hand, one piece throughout, and it holds that shape through repeated chewing.

Under 4cm and under 5g, so it moves on a light swat and your cat can pick it up and carry it off in their mouth. Light enough that one push sends it far enough to be worth chasing.
