How It Works

  2. Payment Confirmation: Once payment is made, we will personally follow up via email to gather images and any additional details.

  3. Preview & Adjustments: You'll receive a preview of your plush with one free review before shipping.

  4. Additional Adjustments: If needed, purchase up to two additional adjustments at CAD 30 each (maximum of three total, including the free review).

  5. Refund Assurance: If you are still not satisfied after adjustments, we will provide a full refund.

Shipping Policy

Shipping is free on orders over $59. For orders under $59, a shipping fee of $9.99 applies.

Return & Refund

  • Unfulfilled & Unopened Orders:
    Full refund if not delivered or unopened. Refunds processed within 10-15 business days after verification.
  • Delivered & Unopened:
    Request returns within 7 days. Items must be unused, with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
  • Delivered & Opened:
    Returns of opened items are rare and reviewed case-by-case. Partial refunds may apply; shipping costs are your responsibility.
  • Shipping Damage:
    Inspect your order upon arrival. Report any damage or issues immediately with photos for quick resolution.
